It's Ken'ichi Matsuyama!He plays L Lawliet in the live DeathNote movies which is where this picture came from. I just recently finished watching Death Note, Death Note: The Last Name, and Death Note: Change the World! They're extremely good movies, and Ken'ichi in the Behind The Scenes extras is really cute. He's a very good actor and is really serious about his acting~
